To be honest, I have fished with these yet. They are unlike the red and white bobbers you get from Walmart. They are heavier and more durable. The colors are actual as shown on the site. I will use these when I am coastal fishing on my boat and I want to get closer to the rocks. I have purchased other items here and happy with the quality. Watching Matts fish with them inspired me to buy them.

These are really useful. They have some heft which helps get casts out there when using light tackle underneath. Or, they can work with weighted jigs and other items too. This is super visible out in the surf, both due to the size as well as the color.

This bobber was well thought out and easy to adjust.

I like the idea of this bobber however it came up short for me. I can see it working on the jetti or a cliff with deep pockets but is limited to 10ft with a 10ft surf rod. I tried adjusting the bobber stopper to a deeper depth but it kept getting snagged in the eye so my limit was the length of my rod. I also ran into an issue with the bobber tangling with the line in the air so I hardly ever had the bait reaching the 10ft depth. I wish I had some input on how to prevent this from happening but unfortunately I could not figure it out. Also after several casts the braided line cuts into the straw in the bobber and you loose the slide through as the braid now gets stuck in the foam instead of sliding through the straw. I hope this review helps

This is the only leaded bobber you’ll find. I am a beginner and thought jigs were the way to go but kept snagging. This keeps your bait floating and with added lead, there is one less thing to tie up. Should be the number one item bought from Matt’s arsenal.

I first saw these floats on YouTube and was very excited to try them. I try and do a lot of fishing off the rocks, perfect solution. Only thing I wanted to say is I have never rigged anything like this and I’m a senior, sent email for help and video how to. Didn’t hear back

The bobber rig is killer. This rig keeps your bait off the bottom and from snagging. Way more fun than the traditional bait and wait method. The challenge is finding the right depth and a good drift.

I've used these out on the jetties up here in WA and they're freaking awesome, especially these with the upgraded bobber stoppers. I just got the chrome jiggy jigs to use with these so my daughter is super excited now. You're not gonna find anything better on the market.
