Rockfish Bobber 2.25 oz for Long Casting Fisherman's Life®

Product work better than expected. Tried the other float from the other manufacturers but they just didn't do the job. This bobber was well thought out and easy to adjust.

I like the idea of this bobber however it came up short for me. I can see it working on the jetti or a cliff with deep pockets but is limited to 10ft with a 10ft surf rod. I tried adjusting the bobber stopper to a deeper depth but it kept getting snagged in the eye so my limit was the length of my rod. I also ran into an issue with the bobber tangling with the line in the air so I hardly ever had the bait reaching the 10ft depth. I wish I had some input on how to prevent this from happening but unfortunately I could not figure it out. Also after several casts the braided line cuts into the straw in the bobber and you loose the slide through as the braid now gets stuck in the foam instead of sliding through the straw. The bobber worked great, kept it above the rocks and there wasn’t a single snag I had. Paired with all the other accessories that came with the pre-tied leader and hooks it made it super easy to put together. Can’t wait to go out and fish it more!

I Was fishing in Moss Landing ca. Caught two rock fish instantly. Unfortunately, got it stuck on rocks. Will order two more for sure.

First time using the travel rod and the bobber, and I caught my PB Trout!! 24” and 3.91 lbs!! Rod is very sturdy and the line runs smoothly through it. I love the weighted bobber! It makes it easier to cast out to where the big fish are lurking! Great products all around! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!

This is the only leaded bobber you’ll find. I am a beginner and thought jigs were the way to go but kept snagging. This keeps your bait floating and with added lead, there is one less thing to tie up. Should be the number one item bought from Matt’s arsenal.

I first saw these floats on YouTube and was very excited to try them. I try and do a lot of fishing off the rocks, perfect solution. Only thing I wanted to say is I have never rigged anything like this and I’m a senior, sent email for help and video how to. Didn’t hear back

These bobbers can take a beating! I love how light they feel, but they cast far. Great product.

The bobber rig is killer. This rig keeps your bait off the bottom and from snagging. Way more fun than the traditional bait and wait method. The challenge is finding the right depth and a good drift. Landed this 26 inch monster Cabby on my first trip out using the bobber rig off the rocks. Thanks Matt!

I’ve used the bobber setup 3 times and been successful 3 times. First time out was the big win with two keeper Lings.

I've used these out on the jetties up here in WA and they're freaking awesome, especially these with the upgraded bobber stoppers. I just got the chrome jiggy jigs to use with these so my daughter is super excited now. You're not gonna find anything better on the market.
