Warranty Info

We stand by all our Fisherman's Life products. We test multiple prototypes and designs to ensure the quality and function of each product. Matts uses our products regularly as seen in his videos. 

Fisherman's Life warrants that the product you purchased will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified timelines for each product category as listed below:

• Rods: 1 year from purchase
• Tackle and accessories (reel protectors, bags, etc.): 180 days from purchase
• Clothing and other apparel (hats, gaiters, etc.): 90 days
• All other products: 90 days

What is covered:

• Defects in materials and workmanship.
• Repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion

What is not covered:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Damage resulting from accidents or natural disasters
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Cosmetic damage
• Shipping costs or taxes related to replacement or repair

How to make a claim:

• Send an email to info@fishermanslife.net within the warranty period
• Provide proof of purchase: order number, customer name, etc.
• Describe and provide pictures of the defect

Important Notes:

• This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied
• We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages
