Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will receive a refund to your original payment, less shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please send an email to info@fishermanslife.net. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return label can be provided, which will be deducted from the refund total. If you purchase a shipping label independently, please provide a tracking number to expedite your return.
Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment amount less any shipping costs. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We pride ourselves in quality products and service and will replace the items or refund the order as applicable. Please see our warranty info for warranty claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Products marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
