I've thoroughly tested this jacket for nearly a year in many grueling conditions. Pulled over rocks, soaked in saltwater, splashed with fish blood and guts. Not a tear or scratch on the jacket and still maintains it's waterproofness and keeps the wind away

Sizes run slightly large. I am 6ft tall, 170lbs and in the photo's I'm wearing a size Medium.

Thanks for your advice on sizes being larger, cause the small fits comfortably, with a durable look of quality of which the material used worked perfectly. During the storm last week the pockets performed superbly. My joints stayed dry for the three hours out in it. That says a lot. Kudos, I should of bought the pants!gib Oakley

Runs a little small, but may be to my wide shoulders. Lacks shoulder room, but i bought this jacket for street wear. It works fine for that. Would get a little annoying if i were casting a surf rod.

This Jacket is perfect. I was hit by a wave and nearly swept off the rocks but my upper body was completely dry along with my phone and keys that were inside the pockets. Fits comfortably and kept me warm when the wind picked up to around 17mph in the late afternoon.

Great product! Very well constructed from the waterproof inner liner to the ingenious nylon cuffs. They form around your wrist without being uncomfortable and should keep the rain an wind out. Three pockets with ample storage and all four zippers are well built and waterproof! Matts sells top notch products!

Really well made, zippers smooth, nice soft inner elastic cuffs in the sleeves plus Velcro to wrap it tight at the wrist too. Pockets soft inside. Overall nice “rubbery” but not too thick material which you can tell makes it waterproof. As for sizing I’m 6’2’ and 250 and needed the 3XL as the 2XL fit well all-around but was tight around my lats (upper back area under the arms) which would make it tougher for casting. The 3XL is perfect for more upper back room to cast and to wear a hoodie or waders underneath. The “sizes run slightly large” mostly applies to the sleeve length and overall length of the jacket. Finally I got a good jacket to keep me dry while fishing in the surf!

Taking care of my sick Dad, he is on Hospice care now so unable to go fishing. Or put your jacket to test. Bought it for crabbing in Tomales Bay. A lot of water flying around pulling the hoops. I have the other gear. #fishonandmore Instagram. Enjoyed your videos. I am a lake troller and have added ocean fishing cuz of you. I grew up in Aptos fishing off the piers and surf.
